The rules in five steps
- Bet on banker, player or tie.
- Two cards go to each hand.
- Totals count the last digit only.
- A third card is drawn by fixed rules.

Your first round
Bet £1 on banker. Two cards go to the player hand and two to the banker hand. The player has a king and a four: four. The banker has a three and a five: eight, a natural, so no more cards. Banker wins and you are paid 95p, your £1 less 5% commission. You made no decisions and none were available.
